The Junior Strategist plays a key supporting role within the strategy team, helping to ensure client campaigns are well-researched, efficiently managed, and executed with attention to digital trends and influencer opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a solid grasp of the digital marketing landscape who is looking to grow their strategic and creative capabilities within an agency environment.
Stay current with trends in social media, digital marketing, and platform updates, applying relevant insights to client work.
Conduct research to identify relevant influencers and maintain strong relationships for brand campaigns.
Support the execution of influencer outreach and campaign coordination.
Manage and complete administrative tasks, including sourcing trending content, uploading assets to client systems, and maintaining campaign records.
Use social media management platforms (e.g., SproutSocial, Hootsuite) to assist with scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
Assist the strategy team with campaign planning, execution support, and post-campaign reporting.
(Bonus) When needed, independently create basic social media content aligned with client brand guidelines.
