Role Summary

The Junior Strategist plays a key supporting role within the strategy team, helping to ensure client campaigns are well-researched, efficiently managed, and executed with attention to digital trends and influencer opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a solid grasp of the digital marketing landscape who is looking to grow their strategic and creative capabilities within an agency environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Stay current with trends in social media, digital marketing, and platform updates, applying relevant insights to client work.

  • Conduct research to identify relevant influencers and maintain strong relationships for brand campaigns.

  • Support the execution of influencer outreach and campaign coordination.

  • Manage and complete administrative tasks, including sourcing trending content, uploading assets to client systems, and maintaining campaign records.

  • Use social media management platforms (e.g., SproutSocial, Hootsuite) to assist with scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Assist the strategy team with campaign planning, execution support, and post-campaign reporting.

  • (Bonus) When needed, independently create basic social media content aligned with client brand guidelines.
