Job overview:


Taktical’s Senior Account Managers play a vital role in our digital marketing efforts. This position is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of paid media campaigns, and driving growth in client portfolios.


They are able to service our largest, most complex accounts as part of a team, or solo, executing all requirements in both the Account Management and Media Buying capacities. They are able to provide guidance to all members of the Paid Media team, when needed, and work in conjunction with the leadership team on wider business strategic efforts.


Detailed Responsibilities:


  1. Client Relationship Management:

    1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, regardless of complexity of client needs, or size of budget.

    2. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

    3. Understand client goals and objectives, and translate them into strategic digital marketing initiatives.


  1. Client Retention and Growth:

    1. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.

    2. Develop account expansion strategies to increase client revenue and portfolio growth.


  1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:

    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized digital marketing strategies for clients.

    2. Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Display Advertising.

    3. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

    4. Optimize account performance based on industry standards and best practices and exceed client objectives.


  1. Budget Management:

    1. Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.

    2. Provide regular budget updates to clients and recommend adjustments as needed.


  1. Reporting and Analysis:

    1. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and KPIs.

    2. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    3. Present findings to clients and provide strategic recommendations based on data.

    4. Develop 2+ case studies per year highlighting exceptional performance of a paid media strategy or account


  1. Client Education:

    1. Educate clients on industry trends, best practices, and digital marketing strategies.

    2. Share insights on how paid media campaigns align with their business goals.

 

  1. Quality Assurance:

    1. Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and adherence to best practices.

    2. Continuously assess and improve client satisfaction.

    3. Engage in inter-departmental QA practices, offering ongoing guidance on partnerships owned by other Takticians.


  1. Mentorship:

    1. Engage in cross training, as leadership, with more junior department members and members of other departments

    2. Educate others on quality driven service provision
